Find Internal Needs for Development
This initial step is the foundation to unlocking the potential of any leader/manager.
Inside out deep level of exploration, un-tapping the core principle of who we are as individuals, how we behave and the impact this has for others, the organization and ourselves.
A review of management information: objectives, challenges and future plans supports the creation of a development plan, which is fully cognizant of the operational and strategic context.
Baseline of behavioral and personality traits through the unique combination of the right diagnostic feedback tools:
(1) 360 feedback focusing on Key leadership competencies/themes: People, Action, Intellect, Personal Leadership.
(2) Personality profiling & Development tools providing information relating to the basic attitudes and mental functions which enter into almost every aspect of behavior; identifying leadership potential by detailing inherent personality characteristics which contribute to the achievement of goals and desires and how likely you interpret the world and treat subordinates while under stress and pressure.

One2one coaching sessions with CIMAOMEGA, in between each workshop to focus on personal Journey Planner and aspects of workshops requiring more one2one reflection.
